CREMATION GROUNDS
The cremation grounds situated at Rajpura Road, Patiala and Ghalori Gate, Patiala are being maintained by the Sabha. These are very well maintained. A large number of trees and flower plants are planted and grounds are grassy. Good arrangements for sitting and drinking water are provided, Unclaimed dead bodies are cremated free of cost by the Sabha. Funeral Van and Refrigerator Box (to preserve dead body) services are also available free of cost. An ample Car Parking facility has also been provided. The unclaimed ashes of dead bodies are too arranged for its immersion in the holy Ganges from time to time.
Fund Raising
Sanatan Dharam Kumar Sabha has been allowed to receive foreign donations from Govt. of India vide Registration no. 115310020 dated 12/9/2013. Besides donations are too exempted from Income Tax U/s 80-G of Income Tax Act 1961.
